CZ Shadow 2 Compact compatibility of accessories overview

In this article I will look into the compatibility of the most popular aftermarket accessories with CZ Shadow 2 Compact: sights, grips, magazines, mag pads, red dot plates, and other. 

I decided to write this overview because every day we have questions whether these grips would fit, and if any red dots will fit without adapter plate, which magazines will work, etc. This article shall answer all such questoins.

CZ Shadow 2 Compact sights compatibility

Sights for this model are the same as for the original CZ Shadow 2. That means you can select any of the sights listed in the CZ Shadow 2 sights category and be sure they will fit also your CZ Shadow 2 Compact. See category here.

And although CZ Shadow 2 Compact comes as Optics Ready gun, the sights are part of removable cover. So you have quite a wide range of sights to choose from.

Compatibility of grips

Unfortunately CZ Shadow 2 Compact uses unique grips and neither full size nor compact size grips will fit CZ Shadow 2 Compact.

You have to use grips made specifically for CZ Shadow 2 Compact. On the other hand, CZ Shadow 2 Compact grips will work on CZ P-01 and other compact CZ 75 type guns. See all Shadow 2 Compact grips here.

Magazines compatibility

Luckily CZ Shadow 2 Compact (as well as CZ Shadow 2 Carry by the way) uses the same magazines as CZ P-01 and CZ 75 Compact. That makes the availability of magazines much easier. 

CZ Shadow 2 Compact base pads compatibility

CZ uses similar mag pads for lots of its models: the same pads will fit CZ Shadow 2 Compact as will fit CZ Shadow 2 or CZ 75. See all such base pads here.

Red dot plates for CZ Shadow 2 Compact

CZ Shadow 2 Compact you can use the same red dot plates as for CZ Shadow 2 OR. 

That makes it compatible with large variety of plates, and you can literally find a plate for almost any red dot on the market to fit to your CZ Shadow 2 Compact. You can find them all here.

Compatibility of other parts for CZ Shadow 2 Compact

Regarding other parts for CZ Shadow 2 Compact: most parts will be compatible with full size CZ Shadow 2: triggers, safeties, hammers. That is not the case with springs and some other parts that are dimensions dependent.
