1" (25.4 mm) rifle scopes are light, versatile, and fit a wide range of hunting and rimfire builds. Match the scope to 1" rings and the correct height for clean clearance.

• Ring diameter: use 1" rings (Picatinny or dovetail). Picatinny offers more models and QD options; add a Picatinny rail if your rifle lacks one.
• Ring height: choose the lowest that clears. As a guide, centerline height ≳ (objective outer diameter ÷ 2) + 2–4 mm.
